Yes, for your first treatment. Consultations are completely complimentary, and they let me make sure a treatment is safe and right for you.

For all laser and IPL treatments, a patch test at least one week before your first session lets me check how your skin responds and choose the perfect settings for you. Safety always comes first.

Yes, a £25 deposit secures every appointment and comes off your treatment price. It's non-refundable, but you can transfer it to a new date if you give me at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice means the full treatment price is charged.

Most people describe it as a warm flick, like a rubber band. It's very quick and very manageable.

It depends on your skin type and hair colour. Very fair, grey, white and red hair don't respond well to laser. I'll assess you honestly at your consultation.

Laser, IPL and microneedling aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pop me a message and we can go through which options are safe for you.

Avoid sun exposure and fake tan for 2 weeks before laser or IPL, and come with clean, makeup-free skin where possible. Full aftercare is always confirmed at your appointment.
