Facial hair is so common, and it can be such a source of stress: the daily plucking, the threading appointments, the regrowth that always appears at the worst possible moment. Laser targets the hair right at the root, so you can finally put the tweezers down.
Good to know
- Hormones play a big part in facial hair, so the face can need a few more sessions than other areas, plus the odd top-up. I'll always be honest about what to expect.
- Laser works best on darker hair. Fine, fair or grey hairs don't respond well, and I'll tell you at your consultation if that's the case.
- Please don't pluck, thread or wax for 4 weeks before your session. Shaving is absolutely fine.

FAQs
Can I have laser if I have PCOS?
Yes, lots of my clients do. Because the hair growth is hormone-driven, you may need a few more sessions and occasional top-ups, and I'll talk you through exactly what that looks like.
Will my face be red afterwards?
You might be a little pink for a few hours, which is completely normal. Try to skip makeup for the rest of the day if you can.
