Booking & Cancellation Policy

I keep my diary small so every client gets my full time and attention, which means a missed appointment really does affect me and other clients waiting for a slot. Thank you for understanding!

• Deposits. All appointments require a £25 deposit at the time of booking. This is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
• Non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
• 48 hours' notice. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand and I'll happily transfer your deposit to a new date.
• Late cancellations and no-shows. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or miss your appointment, the full price of your treatment will be charged. You won't be able to rebook until this has been paid.
• Running late. If you're running late, please message me on WhatsApp. I'll always do my best, but your treatment may need to be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting, and the full price will still apply.
• Courses. Course sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
