What to expect
After cleansing your skin, I'll make sure you're comfortable (for deeper treatments, I'll apply numbing cream first), then glide the microneedling pen over your skin in small sections. You'll feel a light vibration and a gentle scratching sensation. Afterwards, your skin will look flushed, a bit like a mild sunburn, which settles within a day or two.
Aftercare
- No makeup for 24 hours, so your skin can breathe and heal.
- Avoid the gym, saunas, swimming and hot baths for 24-48 hours.
- Use only gentle, hydrating skincare, and skip retinol and acids for 3-5 days.
- Wear SPF 50 every day.

Does it hurt?
Most clients find it very manageable. Some areas, like around the nose and forehead, can feel a little more sensitive, and I'll check in with you throughout. Where a deeper treatment is needed, I use numbing cream to keep you comfortable.
