The Lounge Skin & Laser Clinic (Dani Gilborson) is the data controller for any personal information you share with me.

• What I collect: your name, contact details, date of birth, medical history, consultation notes, treatment records and photos (with your consent).
• Why: to deliver safe treatments, manage your bookings, keep accurate clinical records and contact you about your appointments.
• Who sees it: only me. Bookings are handled by Beautay, which processes your data on my behalf. I'll never sell or share your data for marketing.
• How long: treatment records are kept for 8 years after your last treatment, in line with insurance requirements.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing dani.gilborson@theloungeskinandlaser.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
• Cookies: this website only uses the essential cookies needed for it to work. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
